Insurance
Dr. Dianna Troutt is an out-of-network provider and can assist you with filing any paperwork necessary for reimbursement. Many PPO's have out-of-network coverage.

Services may be covered in part by other health insurance or employee benefit plans. I can assist you with this process, or you can call your insurance company and check your coverage by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover? (Most plans have unlimited visits.)
  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Payment
I am currently accepting payment through IvyPay, which is HIPAA compliant, encrypted service that can keep your card on file. It accepts any type of card.. I also have the ability to accept payments here on my website by clicking on "Make a Payment."

Cancellation Policy
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be asked to pay the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
